New details have been unveiled by New York City Mayor Eric Adams about a planned multi-billion-dollar tower at 350 Park Avenue. The 62-story office tower will feature floor-to-ceiling glass and provide space for more than 6,000 jobs. It will be funded by Vornado Realty Trust, Kenneth Griffin of Citadel, and Rudin. The tower, designed by Foster + Partners, will have a new public concourse with green space, seating, and art displays at the base. The offices for Citadel and Citadel Securities will be housed in the glass-clad tower with landscaped terraces on top. The project aims to boost the city’s economy and revitalize Midtown Manhattan.
